Talent Skatepark and Shop was born in 2001, barely survived the fall of 2008, and continued to support the skate community until it couldn’t sustain; sadly closing its doors in August of 2018.
Luckily, a concerned and passionate group of parents contacted previous co-owner, Hannah Deene Wood, and together they birthed a plan to reopen the safe haven. Talent Skatepark is now a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The construction has started, the permits are being filed and big dreams of opening before the end of the year are being reached for.
